Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. UTranDub Pro uses a buyout license — pay once and keep it forever. No subscriptions or recurring charges.
How many devices can a Pro license activate?
One Pro license key binds to a single device. Once activated it is permanent — no renewal and no time limits.
How do I get my machine code?
Open UTranDub, go to Settings → License to find your machine code.
How do I get my License Key?
After a successful payment, your license file is downloaded automatically. If it doesn't download, click "Download manually". Paste the key in the app to activate Pro.
Can I still use my activation key after reinstalling the operating system?
Yes. The machine code is derived from the SMBIOS system UUID in your motherboard firmware (BIOS/UEFI), which stays the same after an OS reinstall, so your original activation key remains valid. There's no need to purchase again — simply re-enter your original activation key on the Settings → License page to restore Pro. A new key is only required if you replace the motherboard or switch to a different machine.
What's the difference between the website version and the Microsoft Store version?
UTranDub is available both on our website and in the Microsoft Store. Both versions offer the same features, but purchasing, licensing, and activation are handled separately by each channel, so pricing and activation may differ. The website version is purchased from the UTranDub website and activated with a website license; the Microsoft Store version is purchased and licensed through the Microsoft Store.
Can I use the same activation on both versions?
The website version and the Microsoft Store version use separate licensing systems. Please use the activation method that matches your purchase channel.
